Pat & Paul Martin opened Lincoln County Grill in 1993, after years in San Antonio, Texas. First-time restaurant owners, it was a lot of work getting established and creating their namesake. Years of great food & service and loyal customers from all over have made "The Grill" one of the best restaurants in Lincoln County... and maybe even further.

The Grill has customers who come from all over to eat anually, seasonly, daily... anytime they can. Owners, Pat & Paul Martin, often get stopped in airports, different states... you name it, to the greeting of "Hey! You're Lincoln County Grill"!
